Delicatessen Manager Lyn Jeffery, who has worked at Olsen’s Corner for more than 30 years, leads a small team of passionate foodies. Her culinary journey started when she was 15-years-old, working in the deli at David Jones (yes – you read that right - there was a David Jones Department Store on Bourbong Street in Bundaberg!). Under Lyn’s leadership, our deli is impeccably well presented to ensure customers consistently receive quality products and excellent service. Our team loves researching what’s in season and on trend to provide the very best value products to our customers.

As well as stocking sundried tomatoes, olives and artichokes, salamis, prosciutto, Italian sausages and lunch meats, we are the exclusive Bundaberg supplier of Tiaro leg ham.

If you want a home cooked meal without all the fuss, our team regularly roast pork, beef, chicken and silverside on site. We make a wide variety of fresh sides and salads daily, and have a selection of savoury pastries and desserts, like baklava and trifle.
