A smooth, creamy Derby cheese marbled with a delicate Port infusion. This cheese has a deep ruby red marbled effect where the port wine has been allowed to naturally blend with the maturing cheese. Fantastically marbled, this tasty cheese has real blackcurrant undertones.
Makes a stunning presentation served after dinner with a glass of port. Enjoy anytime as a snack with fruit. Try grating into a cheese sauce or even grated over pasta.
While this is obviously perfect with port, it also complemented by soave, zinfandel or even a wheat beer.
